The Oregon Children's Choir The Choir has grown from one choir in 1982 to seven choirs and three small ensembles with over 300 choristers. Choirs rehearse and perform throughout the choir season (September through June). In addition to the Oregon Children's Choir concerts there are many invitations to participate with other professional community productions. Of the 36 performances in the past season, 30 were offered to schools, retirement centers, churches, and the community at large at no charge. In addition, OFC's Conductor's Workshop held during PICCFEST provides training for 20 children's choir directors with the top clinicians and conductors in North America.
